Ingredients
2 cups dried hibiscus petals (Zobo leaves)
4 cups water
1-inch fresh ginger root, sliced
1-2 cinnamon sticks (optional for extra warmth)
1/2 cup pineapple juice or orange juice
1-2 tbsp raw honey or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
1 tsp cloves (optional for added spice)
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
